A grappa from Marolo, aged for 20 years and distilled from selected Nebbiolo pomace from Barolo. It has a rich amber colour from long ageing in oak casks. The nose shows dried fruit, vanilla, chocolate, sweet spices and tobacco. On the palate it is exceptionally soft and rounded, with a balance between alcohol warmth and tannin sweetness. The finish is long and persistently aromatic. It is suited to after-dinner drinking with dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
