Marqués de Murrieta Dalmau Reserva 2019 Rioja (75cl, 14.5%)

Dalmau Reserva 2019 is a red Rioja from Marqués de Murrieta, a bodega founded in 1852 in Rioja Alta. It blends Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Graciano, each vinified separately to keep its character. The fruit comes from Canajas, a single vineyard within the Ygay Estate, where the vines are more than 60 years old and sit at 465 metres. The wine was aged in new 225-litre French oak barrels from Allier, then rested in concrete vats before bottling. The palate is bold and fruit-forward, with fresh acidity and silky tannins that give it structure and depth.
