A limited edition Japanese single malt from the Mars Shinshu distillery, bottled at 48% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is vatted from Bourbon barrels and several other kinds of cask from the distillery in Shinshu.
The nose is sweet with honey, malt sugar, maple syrup, vanilla and peach. On the palate come light charred wood, toffee, honey, orange jam and peaches, with subtle peanuts at the back. The finish is nutty with spicy pepper.
