This is a 22 year old single malt from the Mars Shinshu distillery in Japan, in a 75cl bottle at 43% ABV.
It is a vatting of several casks: two American white oak casks, an ex-sherry cask and a refill ex-Scotch cask. The release was bottled in a run of 1,359 bottles.
The palate is smooth and gentle, with dried fruits, vanilla and nuts, leading into a gentle, lingering finish.
