Mars Komagatake Limited Edition 2019 is a Japanese single malt from the Mars Shinshu Distillery, high in the Japanese Alps. It was bottled at 48% ABV in a run of 9,000 bottles. The whisky was distilled in mountain air and matured in carefully selected casks. The flavour is soft honey, lime blossom, fresh apricot and light spices, with a subtle Japanese wood note. The finish is clean and harmonious.
