A Japanese single malt from Mars, distilled at the high-altitude Shinshu Distillery and then matured in the warm, humid cellars of Tsunuki. It was bottled in 2019 at 56% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
The nose has peach, ripe pear, vanilla and light spices. The palate is honey-sweet, with soft fruit, malt, subtle oak and warm spices. The finish is long and creamy, with a hint of wood and citrus.
