Mars Tsunuki Edition 2022 is a Japanese whisky from Hombo Shuzo, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is rich in orchard fruit, with fresh vanilla pods, milk chocolate, ice cream wafer and cinnamon. On the palate a gentle prickle is softened by a creamy, icing-like sweetness, more chocolate and a lift of citrus.
The finish is oak layered with cinnamon.
