Martha's Fine Dry White Port (75cl, 19.5%)

Martha's Fine Dry White Port is a young, delicate white port from the Douro in Portugal, made from Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Donzelinho, Gouveio, Moscatel and Rabigato. It is pale straw in colour, with a clear aromatic hint of honey. Serve it chilled, as an aperitif or as an ingredient in a cocktail. It also goes well with smoked fish and shellfish. The house was founded in 1727 in the Douro valley by the Martha family, who handle harvest, production, bottling and marketing themselves.
