Martha's Moscatel do Douro (75cl, 17%)

Martha's Moscatel do Douro is a golden dessert wine from the Douro, made entirely from Moscatel Galego grapes and bottled at 17% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It has powerful floral aromas. It is usually served at room temperature with dessert, or chilled as an aperitif, and it also works in drinks. The house behind it was founded in 1727 in the Douro valley by the Martha family, who grow, make, bottle and market their wines themselves. Orange and honey come through on both nose and palate, with a balanced acidity that keeps it fresh.
