This is a 12 year old Japanese whisky from Masahiro Distillery, matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is light amber in colour.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with citrus, dried apricots, plums, walnuts and honey. On the palate it is juicy and sweet, with candied fruit, malt syrup, almonds and toasted bread. The finish is long.
