Matsui Mizunara Cask is a single malt whisky distilled in Tottori and rested in Mizunara casks, in a 70cl bottle. It is brought to strength with natural spring water from Mt. Daisen, and no artificial colouring is added.
It is described as combining malt aroma with the rich flavour of an unblended whisky. A faintly sweet, aged aroma is followed by a smooth, rich and lingering aftertaste.
