Mazzei Tenuta Belguardo Vermentino di Toscana 2025 (75cl)

Tenuta Belguardo Vermentino is a Tuscan white from the Mazzei family's estate in the Maremma, in coastal hills about 10 kilometres from the Tyrrhenian Sea. The vines grow in rocky sandstone soils at 90 metres above sea level. The family began a research project on Vermentino in 2008 and planted four selected clones: two from Corsica for aromatics and two from Sardinia for structure and savoury notes. In 2025 the grapes were harvested in mid-September after late August rain helped them ripen fully. The wine shows vivid citrus, white peach and coastal minerality, with a saline note.
