This is a Kentucky straight bourbon from MB Roland, made in a bold, pre-Prohibition style from locally grown white corn. It is bottled at 54.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
Each release is blended in a small batch from 5 to 10 barrels, then individually proofed and labelled by hand. The white corn gives the mash bill a round, slightly earthy sweetness.
Expect sweet corn, toasted oak, caramel and warm spice, ending in a full-bodied finish.
