MB Roland Batch 21 is a Kentucky straight corn whiskey, pot distilled at the Pembroke distillery in western Kentucky from white corn with 5% malted barley. It was aged for at least four years and bottled on 14 January 2025 at 53.1% ABV (106.2 proof).
Each bottle is numbered by hand; this one is 172 of 687.
The nose is sweet corn and vanilla with light caramel, cornbread and a faint grassy freshness. The palate is full and oily, with pronounced grain sweetness, cornbread, toffee and gentle baking spice. The finish is warm and clean, closing on lingering corn sweetness.
