McCallum Mc Peat Seanna Mheallan is a 10 year old peated single malt Scotch distilled at Ardmore in the Highlands and bottled by House of McCallum at 55.55% ABV. It is a single cask edition of 250 bottles.
The whisky matured in an American oak cask that previously held Laphroaig, which brings an Islay influence to the Highland malt. It belongs to House of McCallum's The Art of Whisky range.
On the nose, the ashes of a peat fire sit alongside tarte Tatin and roasted chestnuts. Pepper, liquorice and a barbecue smokiness follow on the palate.
