Method and Madness Single Pot Still is an Irish single pot still whiskey from the Midleton distillery. It comes from the first batch of the Method and Madness range, which grew out of a collaboration between the distillery's master distillers and its apprentices.
The whiskey was first matured in sherry and bourbon casks, then given a finishing period in French chestnut casks.
