Method & Madness Single Grain is an Irish whiskey aged in virgin Spanish oak, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is the first whiskey of its kind for Irish Distillers.
The Method & Madness range of small batch whiskies is made by masters and apprentices, combining curiosity with the tradition and experience of the Midleton Distillery.
The palate is gentle wood spice set against the natural sweetness of the grain, with fresh peeled grapefruit and sweet cereal notes. Clove comes through on the finish.
