A single pot still Irish whiskey from Method & Madness, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in sherry and bourbon barrels, then finished in French chestnut casks.
On the nose there are red liquorice laces, fresh rosemary and mint, and grated root ginger. The palate is sweet fruit and spice, with cinnamon toast and ripe banana. The finish brings aromatic green tea, fading fruit and spice, and a rich, woody close.
