Meyer's Single Malt Sauternes et Pinot Noir is an Alsace single malt made by the Distillerie Artisanale Meyer in Hohwarth, in the Val de Villé, in a 50cl bottle.
It is matured in two stages. The whisky first spends seven years in oak casks that held Sauternes, then moves into Pinot Noir casks for a second period of ageing.
It is described as having subtle notes of fruit, honey and spice, with a long finish.
