Michel Couvreur Blossoming Auld Sherried is a single malt whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 45% ABV. It is made only from malt spirit distilled in Scotland, and matured in a fresh cream sherry oak cask. The nose is typically described as maple syrup pancakes and dates, giving way to rich black cherries, cloves, grape juice and treacle. The palate is warm and velvety, with raisin, cinnamon stick and dried orange peel. The finish is long, with rich, intense sweetness.
