The Unique is a French blended grain whisky from Michel Couvreur, bottled at 44%. It was distilled in column stills and aged for four years in used oak casks.
On the nose, floral aromas mix with cereal and fruit, notably figs and peaches. The palate brings coconut milk, vanilla and pears, and the finish is fine, lightly vanilla and minty.
