This is the 2025 Edition of Michter's 20 Year Old bourbon, made at the Michter's Fort Nelson Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
Michter's does not release a 20 year old every year. The expression appears only when master of maturation Andrea Wilson judges that the available barrels have reached the required standard.
The nose offers dark fruit, leather, toffee and warm baking spice. On the palate come dried cherry, worn oak, dark chocolate and caramel, followed by an exceptionally long finish of dark fruit and spice.
