Michter's Single Barrel 10 Year Old Bourbon 2020 (75cl, 47.2%)

Michter's Single Barrel 10 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the 2020 release, bottled from a single barrel at 47.2% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The barrels come from Michter's heat-cycled warehouses, which are warmed in late autumn so the spirit keeps expanding into the wood for longer before the buildings cool naturally. The extra cycle is said to draw more flavour from the oak. This bourbon has spent ten years maturing, and it was made at the Fort Nelson Distillery in Louisville.
