Michter's 25 Year Old Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Michter's Distillery in Louisville, released in 2023 in a 75cl bottle. It is released only when Master Distiller Dan McKee and Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson agree that the 25-year-old barrels are ready.
The nose shows dried fruit, aged leather, caramel and deep oak. The palate is silky and concentrated, with dark fruit, warm spice, leather and vanilla. The finish is very long and evolves in stages.
