This is the 2025 release of Bomberger's Declaration, an annual small batch Kentucky straight bourbon in Michter's Legacy Series. It honours one of the historic names in American whiskey and is bottled at 54% in a 70cl bottle.
The bourbon is matured with the influence of Chinquapin oak.
The notes run to cherry, baking spice, toasted pecans, butter toffee and dark chocolate, with a full, silky texture.
