Michter's – Single Barrel Rye 10 Years (46.4%)

Michter's Single Barrel Rye is a straight rye matured for ten years in hand-selected American white oak barrels, each one charred individually. The distillery traces its roots back to 1753. This is a single barrel bottling at 46.4% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered, and its golden brown colour comes only from the wood. Both nose and palate are led by generous spicy notes, with a subtle sweetness alongside.
