Michter's Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a mashbill built around American corn.
Each batch is blended in a holding tank that takes a maximum of twenty barrels, which leaves no room to blend out a weaker barrel and so asks for quality from every one.
It is described as rich caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruit and a smoky depth, finishing on oak.
