Michter's Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle, made from a mashbill built on American corn.
Each batch is blended in a holding tank that takes a maximum of twenty full barrels, which leaves no room to blend out a weaker barrel.
It is described as rich caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruit and smoky depth, finishing on oak.
