Michter's US*1 Single Barrel Straight Rye Whiskey (70cl, 42.4%)

Michter's US*1 Single Barrel Straight Rye is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey from the Michter's Distillery in Louisville, in a 70cl bottle at 42.4% ABV. Every bottle comes from a single barrel. It is made from selected American rye grain that is sheared to bring more flavour out of the grain. The US 1 bottlings are named in honour of Michter's heritage, and the brand dates its founding to 1753. On the palate there is distinctive peppery spice, citrus, butterscotch and oak.
