Michter's US 1 Small Batch is a bourbon aged for more than 8 years, in a 70cl bottle. Each batch is made from no more than two dozen barrels, which keeps the character consistent from one batch to the next.
It is described as rich caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruit and a smoky edge, and the finish brings oaky notes.
