Michter's US*1 is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 45.7% in a 70cl bottle. Its mashbill is built around high quality American corn.
Each bottling is batched in a holding tank that takes a maximum of twenty full barrels, which leaves little room to blend out a weak barrel. It is described as rich caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruits and smoky depth, ending in an oak spice finish.
