This is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Michter's, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle.
It is made from a mashbill built on American corn. Each small batch is vatted in a holding tank that takes a maximum of twenty full barrels.
The bourbon is described as nuanced, mellow and earthy. Expect rich caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruit and a smoky depth, ending with an oak finish.
