Michter's – US*1 Small Batch Unblended American Whiskey (70cl, 41%)

Michter's US*1 Small Batch Unblended American Whiskey is an American whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 41% ABV. It is neither a bourbon nor a rye. Those styles must be aged in new oak barrels, whereas this whiskey is aged in barrels that have already held whiskey, which shapes its rich and distinctive flavour. The tasting notes describe deep butterscotch and vanilla, with hints of caramel and dried fruit, leading to a finish of ripened fruit.
