Michter's US*1 Unblended American Whiskey is a Kentucky whiskey bottled by the distillery at 41.7% (83.4 proof), in a 70cl bottle.
It is not labelled as a bourbon, because it is matured in previously used white oak barrels that once held bourbon rather than in new charred oak. It is described as having a rich, deep butterscotch and vanilla flavour.
