Midleton – Barry Crockett Legacy Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

This is a single pot still Irish whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in Co. Cork, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was the first Irish Distillers product since John Jameson to be named after a master distiller, here as a tribute to Barry Crockett. The whiskey is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills. It is described as showing a distinctive pot still complexity, and it finishes refined and poised.
