Midleton Very Rare Barry Crockett Legacy is a limited-edition Irish single pot still whiskey, bottled in 2021 at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Most of the blend is at least 18 years old, and it was matured in American casks. It is non-chill-filtered.
Vanilla, toasted oak, lemon and delicate fruit lead on the nose, followed by citrus and spice, cinnamon in particular, on the palate. The finish is long and delicate.
