Midleton – Very Rare Vintage Release 2024

This is the 2024 Vintage Release of Midleton Very Rare, marking the 40th anniversary of a series that has appeared every year since 1984. Master Distiller Kevin O'Gorman chose the whiskeys from Midleton's Warehouse A2. The blend brings together Single Pot Still and Single Grain Irish whiskeys aged between 12 and 33 years. The nose opens with vanilla, apple and pear, alongside cinnamon, clove and honey. On the palate come peach, nectarine, crème brûlée and toffee apple, with a silky, layered texture. The finish is long, with lingering fruit and American oak.
