This is a single barrel straight bourbon from Milam & Greene of Texas, bottled at 52.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whiskey comes from barrel 648 and was aged for 5 years, 5 months and 22 days.
The mash bill is 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley.
The nose is vanilla, ripe dark cherries, oak and saddle leather. On the palate come maple syrup, caramel, dark chocolate and ristretto, with rounded oak and soft leather. The finish is very round and long-lasting.
