Milam & Greene Bottled in Bond is a 4-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon from the Texas blender Milam & Greene. It meets the bottled-in-bond standard: the product of a single distilling season, aged at least four years in a bonded warehouse and bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV, in a 75cl bottle.
On the palate there is caramel, vanilla and oak, with firm baking spice and a touch of dark fruit. The finish is long and warming.
