A straight bourbon master blend from Milam & Greene, bottled at 58.8% in a 70cl bottle. It brings together whiskeys from Tennessee, Kentucky and Texas, and was matured and blended in Texas.
The blend includes Tennessee bourbon of 16, 7 and 4 years old, distilled in Tennessee and aged in Texas, together with Kentucky bourbon of 3.5 years made with malted rye and aged in the Kentucky climate. Texas bourbon with malted rye completes it.
The nose offers dark cherries, figs, sweet almonds, fine boot leather, aniseed and caramel. The palate brings dark cherry cola, dark brown sugar, marzipan, rounded oak and sweet black tea with a touch of lemon. The finish is smooth and oily, with light liquorice and citrus oil.
