This is a single malt from the Milk and Honey distillery in Tel Aviv, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It was aged in ex-bourbon and red wine STR casks, matured in the hot climate of the city.
On the palate it has a light body, with vanilla, caramel and honey sweetness balanced by oak and a little black pepper. The finish is short but delicate, with oak lingering alongside a light spiciness.
