Millstone Peated PX is a smoky single malt finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It pairs peat smoke with the sweetness of PX sherry.
The nose brings peat smoke, dark chocolate, raisins and light spice. The palate is rich, with peat smoke, sweet sherry, dried fruit and a hint of espresso. The finish is long and complex, mixing smoke, sweetness and spice.
