Millstone – Peated White Port Cask 2018 Special #25 (70cl)

Millstone Peated White Port Cask is a Dutch single malt in a 70cl bottle, the 2018 Special #25. It is a peated whisky matured fully in white port casks, which give it a colour of old gold. The wort is clear and fermented slowly for seven days, and distillation is slow with a relatively early cut point. The first impression is fresh more than sweet. With a little time in the glass, the whisky turns warm and complex, with an elegant sweetness and a rich flavour.
