Minor Case Sherry Cask Finish Straight Rye Whiskey (70cl, 45%)

Minor Case Sherry Cask Finish is a 4 year old straight rye whiskey from Limestone Branch Distillery, bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is finished in cream sherry casks. The whiskey is made by Stephen Beam, a seventh-generation distiller, and is named after his great-grandfather, Minor Case Beam. It takes its inspiration from the rye whiskey Minor Case Beam would have made in the late 1800s. Limestone Branch was founded in 2011. Rye spice sits alongside sherry smoothness, and the whiskey is also used in a Toasted Old Fashioned with vanilla syrup, bitters, orange and cherry.
