Minuty Prestige Rosé 2025 Côtes de Provence (75cl)

Minuty Prestige is a 2025 rosé from Côtes de Provence, the entry point to the négociant range created by the Matton family of Château Minuty in 1995. The family has owned the estate on the Saint-Tropez peninsula since 1936. The grapes are hand-harvested and only the purest free-run juice is used. Malolactic fermentation is avoided to keep the wine tense and lively, and the aim is a mineral, saline character. On the nose there are melon, white flowers, white peach, herbs and lavender. The palate is rich and velvety yet fresh and airy, with gentle minerality, and the finish is mineral and saline.
