Miyagikyo 15 Years Old is a Japanese single malt from the Nikka distillery at Miyagikyo, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. This bottling has been discontinued.
It is made from mild, virtually unpeated malt, and the distillery site was chosen for its high humidity. The label spells the name "Miyagikyou", and the bottling is believed to date from around the 2000s.
It opens with apples and sweet oranges, alongside oaky and earthy notes.
