Miyagikyo – Single Malt

Miyagikyo Single Malt is the distillery's classic bottling without an age statement. It is distilled with indirect steam heating at around 130°C, in bulge-shaped pot stills with upward-sloping lyne arms, which gives a softer, more delicate spirit. The character centres on elegant fruit and a smooth texture. The nose offers apple, pear, vanilla and dried fruits, the palate is sweet and gentle, and the finish brings subtle malt sweetness and oak.
