This is an Australian single malt from Morris, finished in the distillery's own Muscat barrels.
Before the finish, the whisky is matured in a combination of French and American oak ex-wine barrels. The Muscat barrels that follow are rare, and had previously held the distillery's Muscat.
The mouthfeel is creamy, with rich dark fruits and sweet malt. These give way to sweet vanilla and cocoa, with cinnamon spice running through.
