This is the Signature expression of Morris, an Australian single malt with a bright topaz colour. It is finished in fortified barrels, which give it an intense dried fruit finish and a rich depth of character.
The flavours run from orchard fruit and macerated black cherry to biscuit, balanced by marmalade zest. Cocoa and dark berries linger behind.
