Morris Signature is an Australian single malt from Morris of Rutherglen in Victoria, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The whisky matured first in ex-Australian red wine barrels, then was finished in casks that previously held Morris fortified wines. It has a polished copper colour with bright topaz tones.
On the nose there is orchard fruit, macerated black cherry and biscuit. The palate is well rounded with a pleasant mouthfeel, bringing zesty marmalade alongside lingering cocoa and dark berry flavours.
